Mayfield Station Tour
‘Just a short note to thank you for the guided tour of the Mayfield depot yesterday. Having lived in the North and worked in the city for many years I thought I knew Manchester quite well, but I have to admit that I had never heard of the station at all. Until, that is, I was given a couple of your vouchers as a birthday gift and checked out your website. Both my son and I found the tour very informative and entertaining, with some great anecdotes to bring the story to life.’

Manchester International Festival Tour
The Manchester International Festival Tour called Future Cities was absolutely fantastic, both thoroughly enjoyable and incredibly insightful on so many levels . It provided me with a greater appreciation of a city I love and also enabled me to comprehend the future shape of the urban spaces of Manchester. Having lived in the city from the early 1990’s into the beginning of the millennium, I could really appreciate the descriptions of change , as well as the potential impact those architectural schemes and plans that never actually took shape might have had! By using the past as a guide to explore the concept of future urban thinking and policies of various historical eras , you did an excellent job of highlighting what Manchester was, is now and what it might become in the coming decades.'
